Last week, new Early Years children found out their school places, and we are so excited that so many will be joining us in September! 💙

Our Penguin Class wanted to give everyone a very special welcome, so they have created this lovely video to say hello and help our new families feel part of our school community already.

We can’t wait to welcome all of our new children and families in September! 🐧✨

See you in September 🤩

On Thursday afternoon, Katy and Luke Johnson from The Salvation Army came in to visit the Year 1 children. As part of their big question in RE this term 'What is the good news Jesus brings?' the children have been exploring the friendship Jesus brings. Katy and Luke were able to tell the children about the wonderful work they do in being a friend to the people of Bognor Regis including running support groups, providing food and signposting to services for specific needs. The children asked some great questions including supporting people in other countries, the types of help they offer and how people can find out more about them. ... See MoreSee Less

On Wednesday our Y3/4 girls football team went to Cobham- Chelsea FC Training Ground for their final against the top schools in Sussex. The girls worked hard as a team, played some good football, scored some goals and were only narrowly defeated in some games resulting in 6th place overall. To achieve 6th place out of all schools in Sussex is an incredible achievement and we are very proud of them for representing South Bersted. To make the day even better, the girls saw the Chelsea Women's team at their training session and spotted some Chelsea players right by our minibus, including Niamh Charles who was also part of the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 winning team in Switzerland! ...
